Resolutions are shit, but I LOVE the idea of choosing a word for the year. And this: “it’s not about being fancy or literary or choosing something to make you feel smart. It’s a mental touchstone for an entire year, it should feel warm and familiar.” Such a good reminder that you are choosing the word for YOU, not for a version of you that you don’t want to exist. Can’t wait to see where The Middle goes in 2025 💫
